DO NOT use EaseUS. Their advertising falsely claims that the software can unlock BitLocker-encrypted drives, which it cannot. After the software failed to work as advertised, I contacted customer support for assistance and was then told I would need to pay an additional $299.95 for technical support. Despite the product not performing as advertised, they are refusing to issue a refund. I believe this is misleading and extremely poor customer service.

Due to buying a newish computer I found myself looking for a n easy pc to pc transfer software when I came across this company. They offer a "free version" of a pc transfer software which ,in the end as their customer support put it ,is not really free as several features missing. Avoid all the misleading information provided by this company as for you to do a once in a lifetime transfer you HAVE TO Buy the pro version.SCAMMERS.

You must sign up for subscription which seems impossible to cancel. The info to cancel is bullshit and only makes you go in circles.

It is saying you can download the free version and you can recover files up to 2GB, but when you are trying to recover will ask to buy the premium, as the trial version is only for scanning. Time wasters!
