Very helpful and quick!

The staff was very professional (Vasilii) and quickly has solved my problem.

I was having extreme dificulty navigating the site, but after a few attempts at getting a chat with a live person I finally got the expert help from (I never got the person's name) he/she. I had numerous questions and this person answered each with knowledge and kindness. The website on the other hand is over bloated and a trainwreck. That really needs some redoing.

Was quick and insightful with the assistance I required.
