Direi che la parte con ai per creare il business plan è molto molto lacunosa e si perde un sacco di tempo. NON TI GUIDA PASSO PER PASSO. Ormai ho pagato e vado avanti, ma non rinnovo. Il tempo che passo a correggere il lavoro già fatto è assurdo. Ho praticamente caricato una serie di dati e informazioni, costate giornate intere di lavoro e l'ai di up metrics ha fatto un gran casino.

I am updating my previous review because, after it was published, Upmetrics contacted me and agreed to refund the last two charges, also confirming that my subscription has now been fully cancelled. I acknowledge the refund and appreciate that the company made an effort to resolve the situation. This certainly improves my opinion compared to the initial experience. That said, the most negative aspect for me was the amount of time lost trying to understand what had happened, checking transactions, contacting support, waiting for replies and finally getting the issue resolved. Nowadays, these kinds of problems have a real cost for customers, because they take time, attention and energy away from their work. I hope Upmetrics will improve the clarity of its cancellation process, renewals, confirmations and receipts, making everything easier and more transparent for users. For this reason, I am updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I acknowledge the refund received and the attempt to resolve the issue, while still being disappointed by the time lost and by the initial lack of clarity in the subscription management process. I do not exclude the possibility of considering Upmetrics again in the future, provided that these aspects become clearer and more reliable

I did not enjoy the user experience. The website constantly reconnects and feels very slow and frustrating. I have gigabit internet so this shouldn't be the bottleneck. Maybe because I am in europe. The AI functionality is very limited and could be easily replaced with any LLM. the one user slot logs you out of other devices in order to try and justify their silly pricing plan. I don't understand this service. dosen't feel like it does much. except structure a document. which it does excellently and the export functions are good, if I didn't have to reload four times to get them to work.

Upmetrics is a phenomenal tool that has made a drastic improvement to our planning and efforts to streamline planning with ore efficiency. We leveraged integrated AI to dramatically accelerate the early stages of planning. What might normally take weeks to assemble can be created quickly. Having clear financial benchmarks has allowed us to compare ambition with practicality and make informed adjustments to ensure we remain on course—or push beyond our original goals.

I have used liveplan before, and while it has great bones, the AI component of Upmetrics reduces a lot of time in creating at least a foundation to build upon. The business plan is easy to use with clear organization. The financial services offerd was a huge help in doing what would have otherwise taken us a year or more to complete. It has been helpful to review our dreams vs reality and now with benchmarks in the financial forcast we can adjust as needed to stay on track or exceed expectations.

I signed up last year to do a business plan for my business. I was unhappy when they automatically renewed at full price without notification. However when I approached them they did refund me although I still had to pay admin costs. So if you use it you have to be extra careful to opt out or its otherwise automatically renewed.

Great service if you want to create solid presentation for your startup on a budget. Final product will look like you spent 10k on a consultants. Plus customer service reaction is beyond industry standard, have a feeling that founders themselves chatting with you))
