Easier to upload and apply than to edit
It is easy to upload your resume and the JD for the position for which you are applying. Although I have no reference point on which to have the resume score, I did find that helpful. However, I found editing the resumes to be clunky. I don’t like editing through the left margins, point by point. It does not allow me to follow the flow of the document. I’d prefer to just be able to edit right in the body of the document itself. I do, however, feel the pricing structure is very straightforward and reasonable. I have no beef with that part of the package.
