I think Upsell is a great company to work with. They are great at responding back to any questions and are extremely helpful throughout the process of operating your FBA store. Highly recommend if you are in need of help with your store.

They are very professional and also one of the best prices I have seen! Also very honest; one time I had placed an order which had to be cancelled due to the vendor. They promptly gave me the option for different inventory or for a refund if I chose. I checked their listings for a week and when I couldn't find a replacement product that I liked, I asked for a refund and they promptly refunded me and provided confirmation. Very honest people and highly recommended -- thank you Upsell Team!

Amazing! Truly professional—I love it. They run a wholesale business, and I told them, "Look, I can’t pay you directly; I want to pay the distributor instead." They gave me the option to do that. I didn’t like the distributor they chose, so I asked them to change it—and they changed it for me three times! They were incredibly professional and respectful throughout the entire process. To be honest, I never thought I’d enjoy working with people from India, but they completely changed my perspective. They proved that not all five fingers are the same. Thank you, Upsell

They were responsive, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step of the appeal process with clarity and confidence. Their expertise made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thanks to their efforts, my account was successfully reinstated much faster than expected. Highly recommended for anyone facing Amazon account issues!"

Hi Sehrish, We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. However, calling a company scam or fraud is not right when the Terms and Conditions were mentioned to you. You refused to accept the products after paying for them. Refer to our website for cancellation policy. The products were with us for over 2 months causing us storage fee. We are still willing to send the products to you if you clear the dues. Thanks!
