Monica was a great instructor! It was a good mixture of test questions and content breakdown. She really listened to feedback from her students and provided personal antidotes to help relate the content. She is a real project manager and understood the PMI way vs real world applications. I appreciate her effort to help her students to succeed actively.

Our instructor was incredibly adaptive to the needs of each of her students. Monica was fantastic!

Excellent virtual training experience! My instructor was Stephen Mercer. The curriculum was robust, well organized, and highly impactful for certification prep. Instructor Mercer did a great job using adult learning techniques to keep the class engaged. Though it was fast pace, he always welcomed and paused for our questions. He set appropriate breaks, break out room discussions, add class discussions. Instructor Mercer shared practical tactics, best practices and real world scenarios that connected to the material. I recommend this training for anyone preparing for the CAPM and PMP.

Stephen Mercer was an excellent instructor and resource. He helps apply real life scenarios to the PMI way. He took time to answer questions and prepped us with all the resources to prepare us for the exam.

Stephen Mercer was great. I did the online instructor-led PMP prep course with Stephen Mercer, and it was very engaging, interesting, and filled with real world experience that kept you paying attention. The questions were great, and he did a really good job at explaining the answers. I would highly recommend taking the course with Stephen. I think that UpSkills could benefit from releasing the instructors information and resume before enrollment.

Stephen Mercer facilitated my PMP Training during the week of May 15th. I was the only student in my class. Stephen was thorough in his delivery, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and will definitely be a trusted resource for my studies and continued education. I am so excited to become PMP Certified, I am NERVOUS for the test, but I fill fully equipped to prepare for the exam. Stephen, thank you so much for your time a detailed attention in delivering a solid course this week. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Todd Lowe was a great instructor that kept it entertaining throughout the classes. He really knew the subject matter and had great pointers to prepare for the PMP test

Stephen Mercer was a great instructor. He was very knowledgeable, provided a huge amount of supplemental documents beyond what Upskills provided, and was very tactical in his approach to understanding how to answer the questions. I have had a lot of instructors over the years and I will say he was one of the top.
