Love the product
Would have appreciated a free something or percentage discount on next purchase. In my opinion products are priced a bit high. Also I sent an email asking about a possible military discount with no reply. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Hi Anne, Thank you for the great product feedback! We looked through our customer service email and could not find a message regarding a military discount inquiry, apologies for this! Customer service will send over an email to you to further discuss this request.

Your CBD cartridge was fantastic
Your CBD cartridge was fantastic, was sad to see it go, I'm assuming because of the tax they added. :(

Hi Noah, We apologize for the discontinuation of our vape line due to the tax increase, and we're sorry you feel this warrants a 1 star review of our company. We still have a lot of other great product options we'd be happy to discuss with you. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Upstate is always easy to work with.
Upstate is always easy to work with. They ship the orders out very quickly and when the product arrives, each container is individually wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
