I purchased a Rambo Megatron from them that was damaged, missing parts and defective. I was guaranteed a full refund by their rep Venessa several times. Instead they stole approximately 1500$ from me claiming they had to charge me a restock fee. I read their policy and according to it I should have received a full refund given it was damaged, missing parts and defective. They stopped picking up my phone calls and returning my emails from both Venessa and Daniel. I’m not a wealthy man. I saved for years from my time in the marines and deploying to Iraq and afghan to buy the bike. This company are scammers that rip off anyone they can to include our nations combat veterans. It’s funny how you go on their website and look at the reviews. They take down their own negative reviews so customers can’t see it. Do not buy from them. This is unacceptable

1 ster en dan is de fiets nog niet eens bezorgd. Dat beloofd wat! Zogenaamd niet betaald en ze hadden ook toevallig ons nummer niet terwijl je dit allemaal moet invullen om verder te kunnen bestellen. Wat een grap dit!

I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....

Great for the kids I can’t get them off of them

They told me my bike would have the 4 inch tires but it did not. The paint scratched off with the first ride. They say something to make sure they sell you a bike and the people don’t know what they’re doing. They also told me the incorrect weight.

Powerful motor, comfort, style. Packaged very well.

Although it took several days for it to ship after the label was created, the follow up was great and very helpful. Love the bike
