Got exactly what i ordered in a short amount of time. My 2nd time ordering from them as i wanted more parts of my bike to be anti-theft proof. The Pitlocks are made of excellent materials that will last for many years

Really nice screws, wish I had option to purchase bolt sets without the tool since I now have 6x tools. Also need to order larger sizes, but it's nice to have extras to secure family and friends' bikes for them. Overall, very nice product worth the $$ spent.

Detailed descriptions and fast shipping. For slow kids like me, it would help to have as picture of what the PIT lock code looks like (ie, not the UPC).

I am flabbergasted at how responsive these guys are! They respond faster to emails than my fiancé responds to texts haha. Absolute killer support, could not be happier to have ‘em as our Pitlock dealer in the US!
