I love everything about Urbangirl and everyone I've talked to from there. Upon my first order I got a handwritten note thanking me and telling me a little bit about the person herself. It was very refreshing to see someone still takes the time to handwrite things, espically a thank you. Any questions I have ever had were taken care of immediatley and with the most importance and care. I feel truly appreciated and the quality and prices are very very nice as well.
