Good customer service. I received the box molds with good instructions how to mold your feet. The insoles I received are well made and support my high insteps. I wanted a second pair, 3/4 length, and received those also. They fit in more of my shoes.

Enjoy the easy process and they feel great! Been buying the same product from my podiatrist for years at a fraction of the cost.

I have been wearing custom orthotics since early 2000's for planter fasciitis, but somehow lost them 5 years ago. 2 years ago i developed a sciatic pain which grew worse over time. I tried a chiropractor for a while but when the pain was unbearable I scheduled back surgery. While waiting I went to a foot doctor who custom made orthotics and promised I would not need the back surgery. Long story short the new orthotics only proved not to work so I went ahead with the surgery. After a lot of money, months of recovery and loss of work my sciatic pain is back and the surgery proved to be nothing but a waste of time and money... my new 600 dollar custom orthotics didn't work and the dreadful surgery didn't work. I thought I was stuck for life with this painful and crippling condition. Then I saw your ad and for $150 i thought 'what the hell - why not'. I've been wearing yours for two weeks now and oh my goodness my sciatic nightmare is over. I drive a special needs school bus where I lift small children into car seats, tie down wheelchairs and constantly in and out of the bus and now work with complete freedom of movement. I run on a treadmill forty minutes each day with no pain. These orthotics you made me are absolutely great and I wanted to thank you the best way I possibly can; you folks have literally given my life back when all the doctors failed. Thanks Again Lonnie Whitlock

This was a smooth and quick transaction and the orthotics are life changing. I can stand for hours now with no pain or issues. Thank you

Outstanding service and a great product. My physical therapist asked me if I had orthotics and when I told her I had ordered some online, she was deeply skeptical. She asked to have a look at them (the fit, quality, etc) and said “I was fully expecting to tell you to get better orthotics, but these are actually terrific.”

I work in metal manufacturing on my feet all day and these insoles work the best. I go home and my feet don't hurt and then my knees don't hurt either. They are so comfortable and I barely notice that they're in my shoes. Best decision for my feet

Ordering easy, reordering even easier. Custom molding, sending in template or existing insert to insure fit was good process. Finished product was nicely packaged, break in process explained was helpful.
