I have been working on creating the "perfect" gin recently and these botanicals were better quality than I was expecting! They arrived quickly and have been working great in my benchtops!!

I loved the idea of the package. It is a little bit smaller than I had thought it would be ,but the placement of everything is clearly thought through and I know my partner will love this gift.

This kit provides loads of fun, experimenting with various smoke flavors. I had the occasion to contact their customer service about something, and I must say their response was first class. It's so rare these days for "customer service" to actually provide real service, but Irina at Craftly did just that. I always appreciate a company that makes it clear that they value their customers and go above and beyond because it's the right thing to do.

Awesome customer service!!! I was given the gift to create my whiskey batches from my wife and then misplaced the guide with the instructions. I emailed customer service and received a reply right away that they were out of the office but would contact me the next day..... They did! I just received their email with a PDF of the guidelines. Now.... Let's create some whiskey batches!! Great customer support service !! Thank you!! Greg Bangert
