Horrible support. In reality there is a poor support. This cloud center does not work on weekends and on weekdays enjoy full automation, no human.

I have been using OVH for my DayZ server hosting for over 2 years. While not everything has been smooth from the start as I learned more and received proper guidance to meet my needs this is the only source I would use for Hosting. BTW Michael is a great helper and is flexible with certain unplanned needs

This company rests on the shoulders of Oscar P. This guy's support is unmatched!! Thank you so much for the continued help! You need a raise! I've had a bare metal box for about 6months and each problem i've had when Oscar gets in the chat it's fixed expeditiously!

I am new to using VPS and I was struggling, but the online technical support with OVHcloud was awesome. The support tech (Micheal N.), walked me through step by step. He was very patient and very responsive. I am a new customer and my experience so far has been great!

OVH is a great service provider. My previous OVH VPS, before the US expansion was great 4 stars, because my HS French helped when I called support, otherwise 5 stars. Allocation of my second VPS in the US was a perfect 5 stars, until renewal time, when I was presented a bill for 68 cents and next month the current price for the VPS. When I asked via support to renew the contract beyond one month: I was informed: "Even though you were able to choose to pay in full when you subscribed to the subscription, you cannot pay in advance for its renewals. This is because OVH cloud US does not offer commitments for VPS starters." The monthly amount offered was what I was paying... Kudos for no increase, but DUH, add a few dollars and extend my contract period. But alas, a single VPS is not important to a company that lost all of the data 3 times stored, in a single fire. I have never seen a company so eager to loose a customer. Rather than offer a term contract, they preferred to abandon a loyal customer and resort to monthly payments as their only offer, ignoring the additional monthly credit card transaction fees and near-guaranteed profit margins.

Working with OVH for a couple of years. Poor site effectiveness, terrible support. Need to pay for IP addresses, changed the payment method as my card has expired, and: money not withdrawn, support does not answers for a few hours; my site does not work. According to your request: ticket number is 417301. UPD1: money has been withdrawn, but we are stil out of services. Is that a good support? UPD2: it becomes more and more idiotic. You support in live chat:This is our billing team who are actively engaged on this ticket; they are not on live chat - continue to correspond for updates at your email as they reach out. Me: I don't get it. It is said in the ticket: "We have escalated this to our Digital Tools teams"/ Why billing team and how should I contact them via ermail? And still nothing happens.
