Just had an amazing Support Session with Michael N. Thanks!

Let me start by saying I've used plenty of similar services to OVH, most of which fell short on performance at best and flat out scammed me at worst. I have many competitors to compare them too with personal experience. I've spoken with many members of the team here and they've all been great. My latest experience with Michael N. was the experience to finally get me in here to write a review. If you haven't decided on or have trouble deciding who you're gonna use to host your service, let me be the one to choose for you, USE OVH! Top notch service, top notch support.

We have been working with OVH USA for many years, but lately we are having problems with support. Support staff are not solution oriented. No respect for customers. They disrespectfully hang up without responding to support requests. We also have support requests that have not been resolved for 5 months. (ticket 332822 and 271381) We will report this to the management team. Staff behavior is not nice.

I have been using OVHCloud for a few years now and their VPS service has always been fast and reliable. I have hosted a few Discord Bots and a few websites for lower-traffic businesses without issue. Would recommend the Plesk panel (especially if you're a developer) for easy git integration and setup for NodeJS, PHP and others. Today I'm upgrading to their Bare Metal servers for the extra storage and specs. 50% off is a pretty nice price, especially with dedicated hardware, and brings it well within the range of the VPS prices once you consider the storage (going from 80 GB to 12 TB), memory (8 GB to 32 GB), cores (4 vCores to 8 non-vCores). The only downside, 500 Mbps bandwidth instead of 1 Gbps, isn't a dealbreaker for me at all and I think they have options for 1 Gbps connections. Your mileage may vary, but as a very infrequent product reviewer, my time with OVHCloud has been great.

I had ordered a server but had an issue with my card that caused it to fall through. The server I wanted then went unavailable on the website. Sales specialist Kelsey was able to help me out; turned out there were a few left and they were able to put together an order for me! Kelsey was extremely responsive and a joy to work with.

Bob Young from OVHCloud US -- I learned the hard way that not all OVH's are the same -- was hands down the best to work with, extremely patient, detail oriented, found a server that would meet my needs. This wasn't a high dollar deal, this was a single server around $150. Worked with me and the verification team to make it smooth. Was also able to deliver somehow the server in hours and not the expected 72hrs. Just flat out exceeded expectations.
