Have always heard from associates that OVH support/sales was awful so never bothered or needed to contact them (no issues) but have been a customer for years. Recently was considering ordering another server and left it on checkout while trying to decide. Kelsey reached out to me to answer any questions and assist with trying to find a solution for my workload. Very helpful and responsive. I regret taking my associates word and not contacting them sooner.
