Pesimo servicio me habian verificado mis datos antes de cobrar y luego de pagado crearon el servidor con disco HDD y era SSD lo deje pasar por no perder tiempo, pero luego me enviaron un mensaje a verificar los ultimos 4 digitos de mi tarjeta y lo envie aun asi cerraron la cuenta sin explicaciones y con ticket abierto, no sabian ni quien me envio el mensaje, pesimos no les importas como cliente, el trato horrible al momento de ser empaticos son cortantes y todo quieren investigar con ticket demorando y mal sistema Tranfieren los comentarios negativos a otro perfil de trustpilot, asi de estafadores son estos de OVH ---------------------UPDATE---------------- +48 horas sin respuesta de por qué verificaron mis datos y cerraron el servidor habiendo perdido información, y no me dicen el motivo, solo dicen (abuso) y ni siquiera se usó externamente, no duró ni 2 horas, solo porque los datos no se enviaron de nuevo. 4 digitos de mi tarjeta OJO ENVIADO DE NUEVO, que queria el CCI? mucha gente piensa lo mismo, los invito a unirse a un grupo que hare en facebook y otras redes, no vale la pena dejar que nos traten mal sin razon Fecha de la experiencia: 17 de octubre de 2022 -----------------------------uodate 20/10 a donde le envio el correo de verificacion que hicieron antes de cobrar? para que las mentiras se les caiga

After being an OVH customer since 2017 and having over 10 dedicated servers with this company over these last 5 years, I can say I am very happy with every aspect as to how they operate and have treated me as a customer. They do their best to keep prices as low as possible, while at the same time, providing an absolutely amazing service and/or product. Some points I’d like to make regarding the experiences I have had as a customer are below. 1. I have had no issues with a hardware failure of any kind. 2. Their infrastructure allowed my servers to remain up with no downtime whatsoever during attacks, even during not so small ddos attacks. 3. Support has always answered my support tickets in a timely manner. 4. Although I have this specific feature disabled. If your server becomes unreachable for any reason, whether hardware failure or a malfunctioning OS, techs will actually do an intervention to see what the cause is and give you any details of what they find via an intervention ticket made by the tech(s) that is/are on-site at the time. 5. I have never had a noticeable outage on any of the dedicated servers which I have through OVH over the past 5 years. I’d really like to thank Kelsey, from sales, which has been extremely kind and very helpful in getting servers of mine up and going in a very short time after an order is placed. Kelsey was also nice enough to keep me up-to-date on the order statuses. I have no intentions on switching providers from OVH as everything they offer has worked perfect, and really there is nothing I would ask them to change about they way they run their business. Needless to say, I’m just a very happy customer. : )

The cloud experience in general is great, our company has been using it for over a year to host our test and dev environment and stability, scalability of the platform is great. A special rate of 5 start to our rep Kara Banks who has made our experience so gar brilliant.

In support, they helped me figure out everything with updating the server configuration. And they made a refund for installing the server, because I was updating it. Thank you for the fast, high quality and efficient approach

I've been working with OVH for about 4 years now. Their support was horrible and hard to reach. So, we were on our own and never tried to contact support for about three years. However, I needed support last week and I was surprised! I got support from Kelsey S. and the experience was superb. Very diligent, knowledgeable and great follow up from them. This has been one of the best support experiences with a cloud service. Thank you Kelsey!
