I have been a customer of OVHcloud for ~7 years, and it keeps getting better. Jeremy Spielberg has been an incredible help and has always ensured any questions/issues are resolved quickly. The wide range of locations available, and the new locations that are added each year have been very helpful for the growth of our business.

Decent services, not good for layer 7 protection but layer 4 is top notch!

Very poor customer service.

By far the worst provider worldwide, please, avoid these like the plague if you intend on running your business on their infrastructure. We have a live cPanel server which is currently on an OVH server in the USA. This server hosts around 1000 clients actively, and to date has received around 4 abuse cases - each of these cases responded to and resolved almost immediately. However, we have received notification that our server will be terminated entirely, due to those previous abuse cases. We was given 24 hours to move 1TB of data! We requested an extension to allow us time to proceed with the migration, yet this was declined also. Absolute scumbags. Intentionally damaging to your business, they should be forcefully shut down from operating in such an abysmal manner. Support is absolutely non-existent. We have seen outages that have been offline until around 12 hours later due to their absolutely appalling attitude towards support and their clients overall. You honestly, honestly would be making a significant mistake if you think these are there to support you. They will take your money, and intentionally make your life so, so much more difficult.

Good for vps but support is low to reply, please improve that

I have been an OVH customer for 5 years, and I never had good support from them. This was mostly okay for me since I didn't really need support most of the time, but about 2 weeks ago, my VPS went down completely, on its own, without us doing anything. And when we rebooted from their OVH manager page, it didn't come back. No SSH, no WHM, couldn't even ping the server. No access whatsoever. Same in the rescue mode. (Same inaccessibility issue whether we reboot in regular mode or rescue mode). Their KVM didn't launch either. So, it was completely dead. So, it was them who had to do something about this, there was no way the customer can do anything. But they kept responding to the support ticket by asking us to reboot the server in rescue mode, and/or use their KVM to fix it ourselves. Even after explaining the issue the way I did in this post, they kept coming back with the same response. Very frustrating. Just gave up trying to reason with them, and requested a refund of the last payment, from the day the server went down to the end of the current billing period. And requested to terminate the service. They haven't responded to that ticket either. I don't think I will be getting my money back. The good thing is I was uploading my daily and weekly backups to an external backup environment, and I have my data. Otherwise, it doesn't look like I would even be able to recover the data. Terrible service, terrible company. Stay away.

Using it for cloud services (in my case to run automatically my SEO tools such as scrapebox and xrumer). Service is pretty good and honest prices
