We don't charge any monthly fee, never have. We did receive reports about this. There was a imposter phishing scam going on where malicious scammers were pretending to be us and trying to get people to pay them money.

This site, which is supposed to be a safe platform for trading old coins, unfortunately supports scammers and allows them to deceive users without taking any firm action. Why do I consider this platform unsafe? Cooperation with scammers: The site allows the presence of untrustworthy sellers who deceive buyers by offering products that do not match reality or not sending them after payment. Despite providing evidence, the support team does not suspend the accounts of scammers. Deleting negative reviews: When users try to report scammers or post negative reviews to warn others, the site deletes those comments. This shows that the platform aims to protect its reputation at the expense of the safety and rights of users. Not responding to complaints: The support team ignores serious complaints, which makes users feel unsafe. When contacted, the responses are unsatisfactory or directed to justify the actions of the sellers instead of resolving the problem. Advice for all Do not deal with this platform unless you are completely sure of the seller's credibility. Look for more transparent and reliable alternatives for trading old coins. Share your experiences to warn others and avoid them from facing the same problems. Final warning Platforms like this, which protect scammers and silence voices that warn against them, do not deserve trust or support. Be careful, and always try to use reputable platforms that guarantee the rights of both buyers and sellers.

This guy, new with no feedback history, tried purchasing from a highly reputable seller with 7,000+ positive feedback on USA Coin Book and 20,000+ positive feedback imported from eBay. The seller offered free shipping on orders $50 or more. This buyer purchased only $27 and then demanded free shipping. In addition: they wanted it shipped to an address in the US, but all their IP addresses were based in Morocco. At the same time of this purchase, there were a number of gold coin scam attempts - coins being sold far below melt value. These scammers created fake accounts on IP addresses that were coincidentally based in Morocco. None of the scams were successful because we banned them before anyone could see their fake gold coin listings. The seller was not comfortable shipping to this buyer, cancelled the sale and fully refunded their money - and we don't blame them. This buyer left very unfair and unreasonable negative feedback on an honest seller's account, and we deleted this negative feedback!

Your new system in one word "sucks". To hard to use to see a particular denomination. Missing picture of special varieties such as open or closed 3, etc. Missing listing of current prices per coin by year, denomination. Very user unfriendly and as such your sellers have now lost me as a buyer. Who ever said this update of the site was a good idea needs to be fired.

Greetings David, We are just seeing this review (2025). There wasn't any major update done in 2024 nor the last few years. However, there was a major DDoS attack on our site for a week or two in late August/September 2024 at the time of your review. This would have resulted in the page not loading, or failing halfway through loading. This might explain why a lot of what you are describing was missing or out of place. I'm seeing that you are still pretty active on the site through 2025, with 300+ positive feedback as a highly reputable buyer. I hope everything is working fine on your end now! If not, let me know.
