Excellent service, and the web site was easy to use. I saw exactly what I was looking for, ordered it, and it arrived as expected. Everything was packaged well. It is nice to do business with USA Flag. I appreciate this company.

Ultra fast delivery. Nice flag, hope it lasts more than a year!

We received our flag before it was scheduled. It was scheduled for July 6, we received it July 2. Excellent!! Looks great!!

Only reason for a "4" instead of a "5" is the fact your flag pole and mounts are made in China. I assumed, shame on me, that the USA Flag Company made their products in America. Perhaps your flags are made in America, but the hardware to hold them seems to be all made in China? In either case, I think your site should make that more clear, and in the end, make your things here in the states. I paid more for your stuff than I could have from someone, another reason I thought it was made in America, but the pole and bracket are well made, just don't need to buy things from China anymore. Thanks for listening.

My experience could not have gone more smoothly. The delivery was fast and tracking was updated each step of the way. The flag kit is sturdy and the flag is very well constructed. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase.

Quick delivery, beautiful flags, love the tea stained flag received, and also the regular!

I’ve always supported US backed businesses. I decided on the Never Furl Flag 6 ft pole & the iron bracket. Let me tell you… with all of the 30 mi winds… this flag never once was caught up. Highly recommend!!!

Easy to navigate website. The American flag is made in the USA!! The flag arrived quickly, and was packaged well. Seams appear to be sewn well, and the embroidered stars make them stand out.
