I wish I came here before I ordered their black "Jackie" floor mats. The product that arrived looked completely different and they refused to return. Never buy from these guys and watch out for their IG advertisements.

This company is a complete fraud—BEWARE. PRODUCT IS FROM CHINA. INFERIOR MATERIALS. The advertisement displays a really beautiful display and the received order is complete crap. Do not buy

Received my order today. Pure trash! Not at all what I ordered!

Rip off...product came late, product looks nothing like the video. strict return policy, within 15 days, return to China, very complicated instructions... Unbelievable fraud of a company. I will just eat this one... Life is too short to engage in a return. They should be investigated!

Does anyone know how to start a class action lawsuit suit against these arse holes? I haven’t even received mine yet and it has been a good month. I can’t find a purchase order and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. When I dial the number it automatically hangs up 🤬😡

I ordered front and back seat covers for a 2017 Dodge RAM 1500. The front seats are nice but the back seats are not the correct size for my vehicle. I sent them pics of the item that was sent to me showing it was the incorrect back seat covers and this is the reply I received,(below) 10% refund and 20% voucher on next order and that I could give the incorrect back seat covers to a friend. What a joke. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their return policy, unsure they even have one. I have read other reviews dealing with the back seat cover issues. Nothing but a scam. "Thank you for your reply. We're sorry that this is a universal so it doesn't fit your car well. We are terribly sorry if this disappointed you. However, returning the item is not our 1st recommendation because we understand that returning the item may involve both time and a return fee. In order to compensate for this inconvenience, we would like to offer you a 10% refund on this order and a voucher for a 20% discount for your next purchase on our website. You are welcome to keep the item for yourself or offer it to your friends. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further requests, please feel free to contact us!"
