Dr OBrien is so skilled and careful to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Her staff is kind and knowledgeable. They also worked with my insurance to make payment options reasonable. I ended up with incredible results!

Everyone is the office is great always smiling and friendly. Dr Day is greay explained everything to me from the beginning to the end of the the process. I'll be done in another month and I already have fantastic results so far. My legs feel so much better in general. I wanna thank the whole office it's a 5 hr drive altogether but it's worth it.

This was to be my second appointment (the first being October 2nd, 2026). However, at the first appointment I waited for an hour and 40 minutes with no communication from the staff. Finally went out and was able to track down an ultrasound technician. She was sorry about my wait and went to check on it. But, she came back to tell me I was next and it would be 30 more minutes. I got dressed and left. Contacted their headquarters in Northbrook, IL and spoke with Jose Reyes. He was very sorry, too, and committed it wouldn't happen again. He acted like he really wanted to keep my business. So, I went to my appointment this morning, 10/16/26, thinking it would be a slam dunk. First of all, I walked in and the entire waiting room was full (bad sign). Then I waited as each one of those people were taken back until I was the only one left. After 40 minutes, I went to the front desk and let them know I was leaving. They didn't seem to care! Sent emails as 'reply to all' with no response from them either (USA Clinics Group Patient Care, Christian Molina Reyes, Laura Kehe and Marina Acosta). Like I said, absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from any of them. Their value system of 'ICARE' is a complete joke. ALL lip service. Seriously, if I could give them negative stars I would certainly do so. Wasted my time and gas to drive there, wait and then drive home. They could care less. Ha! The Integrity of ICARE is to treat their patients with integrity and respect. The Compassion of ICARE is 'treat our patients as we want to be treated'. THAT is what I have told them. I live by the Golden Rule and expect the same in return. Worse part of it is, my foot is killing me now and I have to start over with someone else. Like many of the other reviews, run the other way from the location at 9501 N Oak Trafficway in Kansas City, MO. Highly incompetent! I really was going to wait to post this. However, not a single person responded.

The appointment schedule is always on point, the Doctor visits are always knowledgeable and the X-rays are so enjoyable couldn’t ask for a better Doctor
