clear questions, but has issues
Very clear application. Unfortunately, some fields Refused to allow input.(ie. City of birth; said to choose from List, but NO List is given. Uncertain about co$t. Claimed to charge $25, but attempted to charge $99. Saved info for possible fraud complaint. Update: July 18, 2026 I've yet to receive ANYTHING in my email that vaguely resembles a birth certificate. Are you all making the paper by hand? Creating ink from scratch? I could have walked downtown to the Department of Records.😠 It's now July 20th and I have no birth certificate. In 24 hour, I will start Fraud proceedings and contact BBB.
