We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your feedback. Please note that the final cost of a shipment is determined by the carriers themselves, and it can sometimes change at the last minute before we assign them the load. Factors such as seasonal demand, fuel prices, weather, holidays, and driver availability can impact pricing. Rest assured, we never proceed with any changes in cost without first getting your approval. If there is an issue with the price, we always do our best to find a carrier that matches the original quoted amount. We understand your concerns and strive to provide the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If there’s anything else we can do for you, we’re here to help.

We sincerely apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. When you requested a pickup on Friday, we did our best to find a driver as quickly as possible, and after extensive effort, we confirmed a driver for Saturday. While we understand that you were disappointed with the delay, we tried to accommodate the change and offered to cover part of the additional cost for the driver. At no point did we request you to pay an extra $50 in "refund fees." Our intention was simply to cover some of the extra costs that the driver required for the rescheduled pickup. We also informed you that your refund would be processed promptly, as per our standard policy, and that it would reflect within a week. Our team tried to reach you regarding the refund, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in connecting with you. We regret that this situation led to frustration, and we respect your decision to proceed with another company. Our team strives to provide excellent service, and we will continue to work to ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you again for your feedback.

We understand your frustration, and we want to address your concerns. We did send a driver to pick up the car, but he was unable to complete the pickup. We also had another driver lined up; however, due to it being a Saturday, our office was closed, and we couldn’t secure him in time. When we contacted you on Monday, it was already late, and we understand that you had made arrangements with another company. We want to clarify that we never sent out any fake contracts. Everything we do is legitimate, and you were made aware of our processes. If we had not delivered the car or provided services, we would have issued a refund. We attempted to reach you but were unable to connect. Please contact us so we can work together to resolve this issue. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our practices. Please rest assured that we never raise prices before pick-up. Any changes are always confirmed with our customers first, and we only send a driver for pick-up after receiving your agreement. Regarding your deposit, we mentioned that the refund process typically takes 5 to 7 business days, and we are pleased to inform you that this has already been completed. If you would like, we would be happy to provide you with the receipt for your reference. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you may have.
