Avoid this place!!! Don’t fall for their low prices. All a scam. I called to change my pick up date the week I booked. Confirmed the date. Called two weeks out to confirm dates and times due to my flight. They stated had me in for Friday between 8-11am. Well Friday morning came and went and I got the run around with every agent. I posted a negative Google review and instantly the “senior agent” called and said he would work it out if I removed the negative review first. I said not until you do your job and pick up my car. Fast forward an hour later and they landed a driver who wants more money for pickup and can’t be here until later tonight. Should have read these reviews before booking. Absolute waste of time and now stranded figuring out plans. Run away from this place!!!!

We deeply regret the negative experience you've had and understand your frustration. Our agent diligently worked to secure designated drivers for your shipment. Unfortunately, our attempts to reach you via calls and texts went unanswered due to your phone having our agent's number on Do Not Disturb, which contributed to communication challenges. Regarding the price increase, it's important to note that in the transport industry, prices are system-generated and can fluctuate based on various factors, including market dynamics, route demands, and driver availability. Price adjustments may occur, especially with last-minute changes or specific route requirements. We want to reassure you that our primary goal is to provide reliable services, and we have no intention of holding your deposit. In fact, we've already initiated the refund to the original payment method as a sign of good faith. Our team is here to assist you, and we never hung up on anyone. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 888-249-8840 or [email protected]. We're dedicated to serving you better.

I got my car shipped with this company. They quote a lower price initially to make you sign the contract. No one came to pick up my car on the agreed date. When I called them, they asked for a higher price (30% more), and they could not ship my car at the initially agreed price. It is a lot of hassle to work with this company. Better to find another company even if it costs more.

We genuinely understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. In the transport industry, prices are typically system-generated and estimated, subject to fluctuations based on various factors. Our agent informed you about the price increase after considering your concern, and only upon your agreement we proceed to assign a driver to your shipment. Our primary goal is to resolve every customer's transport needs efficiently. It's disheartening to receive negative feedback after providing the best customer services. We would like to clarify that when we assigned the driver, it was with your consent, and you agreed to the adjusted price. It's worth noting that you previously utilized our services three months ago, and this new request for compensation presents some challenges. We have already provided services, successfully shipping your vehicle to your desired location. We appreciate your understanding of these circumstances and are here to assist you with any future transport needs you may have. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

**Review On August 21st. I received correspondence from US Cargo Freight Logistics on August 21st. Additionally, they refunded the $130 back to my account. I wanted to make sure I provided an update to my initial review that was submitted on August 20th. I was disappointed that I had to submit a negative review in order to be heard by this company and for action to be taken. Therefore, I will change my review to a 4 star. Thank you! **Review from August 20th. I booked a service to have my car shipped in July of 2023. I canceled my car transport services at least 3 days in advance. I paid $130.00 prior to shipping my vehicle. I never received a partial refund or anything from this company. I had spoken with the manager and my service provider Robert Costa via email on several occassions. I was informed by the company via email/Robert Costa that my refund of $130 was issued on July 15, 2023. I have never recieved that refund until today. The total cost for transporting my vehicle was $275.00, however, I paid $130.00 the time of booking my appointment. I have email correspondce from this company on July 7, 11, 18, and August 9th, and I have not recieved a refund yet. I would never recommend this company due to the failure to provide honest and fair services.

We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with your car transport services. We understand how important it is to have reliable and transparent services. We genuinely apologize for any stress caused by the delayed refund. Regarding your concerns, I'd like to clarify that the $130 payment has been fully refunded, and all charges have been waived, as you rightfully canceled your service in advance. While the refund was initiated earlier, it seems there might have been a technical glitch that caused the delay in processing. Rest assured, we did not earn a single penny from this situation. Your feedback is important to us, and we're committed to improving our services. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
