Put a deposit down in May with a promise to pick up my truck by July 6th. As of today, July 29th, they will not answer or return my calls or emails for weeks. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the deposit and will be filing with the DOT/FMCSA (DOT# 4087266). I encourage everyone to do the same.

After two months of no calls, I finally found the right number. They informed me that the switch all numbers and the non-refundable shipping deposit are in place to prevent cancellations. However, they stopped calling and trying after the first week.

Bait and Switch company, promise a good rate and on time shipping. Then delay pickup and when you stick to your guns they try to charge 2-3 times the price. They will not do as promised.

Do not use these people at any cost. They are just brokers. Go to the shippers direct and save yourself money and heartache. They quoted me $425 to ship my motorcycle to Chicago. I made the arrangements five months ahead of time. The bike was booked into a dealership to have some work and a service carried out because I was on a fixed time to do Route 66 with all my accommodation booked. I sent them a message a week before collection to confirm details and they said all was good. The day they were surpassed to collect they said there was a mechanical problem with the trailer and they would be two days getting it sorted. then the day before they were going to collect it on the new date they said the trailer thad been crashed and they wouldn't be able top collect for another two weeks knowing the bike had to be in Chicago for the booking. They then said they couldn't do it for $425 as per contract it would now be $825 if I wanted the bike to get to Chicago in time for the arranged time. After I spoke to a couple of other shippers they said this company was well know for this antic. If they are telling you something it is probably a lie. Save yourself the stress and don't use them

Scam! Do not waste your time and money. Tim David reached out and sent me a very nice offer, about half the price of all the others quoted. Made me pay a $50 deposit and then never picked up my car. DO NOT do business with these scammers. Reported to CC company.

Feb. 10,2026. I called this company USCARSHIPTRUCKING company to pick up a car in Wichita,Ks. to be delivered to Jonesboro,Ga. Spoke with the dispatcher TIM DAVIS who took all my information and quoted me a price. After thinking about it a couple days I went with what he offered from this company. Needless to say things did not pan out the way he said it would. " No worries" he kept saying when asked what is going on. I even sent him 75.00 to get everything set. But each day was something different. Just excuses after excuses. Feb 19th He called and said he had a driver. He did not. I finally found someone else, and asked fora refund of my 75.00. This he said they would be returning it as soon as possible. Next accounting will send it to me within 5 business days. Here it is March 25th and my money has not been returned. My thought is how many others have they done this poor business practice too. BWARE! TIM DAVIS/DUNGO

This company took my deposit via credit card and never picked up or actually fulfilled their order. I've been chasing them for 3 months to get a refund on the deposit and they will not answer, return calls, lie when you do reach them, etc. These guys are a complete scam. I've filed complaints with the BBB, have put a dispute with my credit card and will continue writing reviews to warn others.

They are scammers. After picking up the car they will ask you to pay additional fees that were not provided for in the negotiations and even before you sign the contract they put it in article 16. He does not mention it at the time of the negotiations
