The installers were polite and made sure you understood what was going on. They covered all the basics and showed you where to go if you had any future questions. I have only had Dish for one week but the service has been fine and it had been fairly simple to use.

The entire guide of channels seems to be either DISH movies or VOD (Video on Demand) and I can't find anything interesting to watch!!

Like the channel line-up. Sometime slow streaming quality and installation was not handled well. Technician said he would schedule someone to bury cable laying across my yard but I had to call and ask someone to come out.

Operator gave me an expensive package that cost about $71 but advertising for $19.99 per month. My signal is constantly going out during basic rain storm!! I wish I could disconnect today. Not as described . Operator said that allTvs would have DVRs at quoted price. After install I was told that it would cost another $17 per month for hopper DVR. Dish is a large scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
