Very good session
Very good session, easy to interact with the moderator and very friendly at all times. I just don't give 5 stars because there were some technical problems ( sound, video, etc)

I never got a reply...after being told my request was being "reviewed"
I never got a reply...I had been accepted for a live test but was unable to add an appt. time. That has happened 2-3 times now and is very frustrating as when you finally get accepted and then can not make a date or that part isnt working. I tried it at noon with the link and this is what I got...so frustrating because I was accepted yesterday, tried again at noon and voila is gone...even though on my dash it says continue. The whole thing is very disappointing, why even try? Screenshot 2022-08-16 9.01.37 PM.png ! The only response I received was this...Your request (118555) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email. Nothing more!

One of the best testing platform

Improving usability with Userlytics
I could share real insights into improving the usability of a website and an application through Userlytics. This platform has an intuitive interface that is easy to navigate. Also, the mobile app works smoothly and shows both sent and pending payments for your completed tasks. Within the next few days, I will share more of my experiences.

Thorough and Thoughtful Questions asked
I was asked about my experiences with apps. The interviewer very thorough in her questions and seemed very sure of herself. Her questions were a followup of the answers that I had given her to her previous questions, so that I was able to keep my thoughts and not have to think about what I had said before.
