Emerlee did a phenomenal job in helping us navigate a complicated snafu with this year's SAM.gov renewal. The SAM system updated its database which created data inconsistencies and delayed the renewal process by 3 months. Emerlee provided sage guidance to help us get over the finish line, and we fully expect to use USFCR in the future to manage our SAM.gov registration.

for the past 6 years, our business has used an alternative vendor to process our annual SAM renewal. As May dragged on without hearing from our vendor, I reached out only to discover that the vendor had closed its doors for business without any correspondence to me. (I might as well mention, leaving three years of paid service unrewarded.) Following phone#'s I had and after some research I discovered USFCR. In a single call, I reached a manager, Jennifer Brining, who understood my pressed timeline and assigned me a SAM registration manager, Emerlee Travino, same day. She has been concise, responsive, and clear and managed to usher through our SAM renewal just in time. Simply put, responsive excellence. Now, our organization looks forward to USFCR's assistance in processing our application for the SBA WOSB Certification, a chore I have spent hours, literally adding up to weeks of time, attempting to accomplish directly with the SBA, only to end up with exceedingly long waits and multiple unexplained roadblocks.

We were having an issue with our registration, I reached out to USFCR and they were able to get one of their agents working on it same day. She submitted the registration very quickly and we were able to get approved. Very helpful since the SAM process changed so badly this year.

I continue to have outstanding service from USFCR in maintaining our Government Contracting Registration. I normally work with Lilianna Lander. She is great to work with, very personable, and always ready to provide assistance and answer my questions. I apricate the the proactive service we continue to receive.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I needed to get registered in the SAM Program to work on Federal fires. The website looked great and very helpful. It is a complete scam! I began the process on April 7th. Everything seemed really easy and they were very nice. It was $599 for them to do everything for me to get enrolled. Then I got a call saying I needed to get into the Simplified Acquisition Program because we are a small business and it would benefit us tremendously. This was an additional $2,100. They would create us a website that would help the dispatchers find out about us so we could potentially get more jobs. Sounds great, right! Well, after filling out a questionnaire, and giving them all the information they needed to create our website I waited for almost two months I finally received the email that our website was completed. The website had pictures of mechanics and welders to advertise us. We are a water truck company...That doesn't even make sense. I got the run around for those two months that it was almost complete, they appreciated all my patience, blah blah blah. I ultimately needed our UEI so I could get registered in the SAM Program. Today is June 14th and I still do not have a UEI. I have wasted $2700! I have a website that is pointless and no UEI number. We are beyond the time limit of registering with the Feds to put our water truck on the fires and enrollment does not happen for another 3 years. To say I am pissed and feel taken advantage of is an understatement! I blew $2700 in an economy where everyone is struggling already. Do the SAM registration yourself, it is FREE! Don't pay this company to do anything for you. They just take your money and tell you a bunch of good things but you do not get anything good out of it.
