I really, really appreciate having a personal telephone call to assist with federal contractor registration questions! The representatives were so well informed, friendly, and had all the information they needed at their fingertips (keyboards!) and I gave them top marks for their assistance!

I was having difficulty updating my SAM registration and correcting system errors. USFCR, Amanda Webster and Mary Kelly did a great job. Emerlee Trevino did a phenomenal job and was very responsive. Her acumen and customer service skills were exceptional. She’s so impressive!

I was told that I have to use your service to register for SAM. After I paid the $599.00 I found that was not true. I feel scammed.

I was in contact with my representative for over 2 years before I committed to their service. I did my research and found that the success rate with USFCR is much higher than two years of trying to figure it out on my own. The personnel from all of the departments I have spoken with have a high standard of professionalism. Each interaction is an opportunity to learn how to better our process in procuring contracts. The training department is staffed with the best communicators in the industry. Each step of the process is explained until I understand. Every question is answered with an educational backing to assist my teams ability to succeed.

Very helpful. I couldn't of been as successful and quick to complete the registration, without their assistance.

Excellent work from USFCR, a private company. The Governments computers don't talk to each other (specifically the IRS and the rest of the sidereal universe) and slow the process down. Warn the customer and solve a lot of DUH? issues.
