I felt misled by the website design, noting that it resembled the official government portal instead of a private third-party service. I was Charged $280 AUSD. Only $98 was refunded to me when my ESTA was declined. Im not sure it was even lodged. I also had to chase for my refund.

The site is deceptively designed to be confused with the official ESTA government site. Google is partly responsible by not taking sides and letting them appear on top of results when looking for ESTA application sites, I already tried to report but Google hides behind Terms of Service loophole. The site must be reported under European Digital Service Act.

I paid $172 for an ESTA service. Refund was approved as there was a clear reason why my application would be rejected. I asked them NOT to proceed while the money was is pending in my credit credit card. Since then I received conflicting, repetitive emails and was told my refund had been processed, but only a fraction of the $172 has been returned so far, with no clear explanation of the difference. Communication has been confusing and largely appears automated, without straightforward answers to my questions. Still haven't received refund after 10 days. Just automated emails. It looks very much like a Spam!

This site comes up at the top of google but is not the official ESTA application site. It is a fraudulent site that charges an extra $130 for ‘professional services’ without any mention on the application form until the transaction has been submitted. I contacted the site minutes after the application and they advised me that they had already started processing my application. This was not correct, because after I realised this was fraud, I applied for a legitimate ESTA, which cancels all other ESTA applications. I got my legitimate ESTA authorised approximately 45 mins after applying and still have nothing but lies back from the fraudulent site. They offered a 25% refund initially, and then 50%. I plan to submit a dispute as soon as the transaction is no longer pending.

Fraud they filled in ESTA without asking us the answers to the given questions on the ESTA site re illnesses criminal and previous countries travelled to they just ticked no to all we are reporting them to all of the authorities that are required to know about what they are doing

Do NOT use USImmigrationDocument.org. They use deceptive website layouts and search engine optimization to trick you into thinking you are using the official U.S. government ESTA portal.They charged my card £138.42 for a standard U.S. travel authorization that only costs $40 USD (approx. £31) directly from the government. When I realized the mistake and demanded a refund for their predatory £107 hidden markup fee, they repeatedly tried to stall, offering me insultingly low 25% and 50% "goodwill" partial refunds.Even worse, when I refused to back down, their customer support representative, "Jerry A. Bryant," resorted to high-pressure scare tactics—claiming that if I disputed the charge with my bank, they might cancel our travel authorizations and disrupt our holiday. I am travelling to the USA with my autistic child, and dealing with the immense stress of a hidden-fee scam and empty threats from a predatory website is the last thing a family with a vulnerable child needs. Fortunately, our travel authorization is securely approved directly in the U.S. border database, and this private company has absolutely no authority to touch it.I have cut off communication with them and handed the entire email chain over to Barclays Bank to execute a formal fraud chargeback for the full amount. Avoid this predatory intermediary at all costs and go directly to esta.cbp.dhs.gov.

I’m sharing this to warn other travellers. I paid $179 for an ESTA application, believing I was paying for the ESTA itself. Only after payment did I realise that a substantial part of the amount was a private processing/service fee, when the official ESTA application costs around $40. I emailed immediately asking them to cancel the private service and refund the additional fee. Instead, I was asked to confirm my cancellation again, and within minutes the automated process had apparently already submitted my application to the official ESTA system. I accept that I should have checked the website more carefully before paying, but I found the design and presentation misleading and came away feeling cheated by the experience. My advice: check very carefully that you are on the official US government ESTA website before paying. I wish I had—it would have saved me well over $100.

Scam. Fraudulent website that charges exorbitant fees to pass on your personal info to the ESTA process (and who knows what else they do with said info). We did get an approved ESTA, but with errors. AVOID.
