US LLC FilingsReviews of usllcfilings.com

I had an absolutely amazing experience with US LLC Filings, and especially with Ella. I can honestly say I've never encountered such a great customer service experience. Ella was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available within hours (and often even outside of normal business hours), answering every question calmly and thoroughly, no matter how many I had. She genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find this level of service and dedication nowadays. Thank you, Ella, and thank you to the entire US LLC Filings team. I truly appreciate all of your help and will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs your services.

Amazing communication and great work. Would highly recommend!

I discovered that I had missed the Form 5472 filing requirement for my foreign-owned Wyoming LLC and was extremely worried about the potential IRS penalties. After contacting US LLC Filings, they responded quickly, explained the situation clearly, and guided me through the entire process. They prepared the late Form 5472 filing, Pro Forma 1120, and a reasonable cause statement, answered all my questions, and handled the IRS submission professionally. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and transparency. They never made unrealistic promises, explained the risks honestly, provided clear instructions, and kept me updated throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth and much less stressful than I expected. If you are a non-US owner of an LLC and need help with Form 5472 compliance or a late filing, I can confidently recommend their services. Thank you again for your help and professionalism.

Everything was clear, fast, with no hidden fees and no unnecessary questions. I recommend it to everyone!

She was also extremely kind, which made the experience even better. She paid attention to important details, explained the next steps clearly, and helped make a complicated filing process much easier to manage. I truly appreciate her support and would be happy to work with them again.

Absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Attentive, knowledgeable, and always available, no matter the time or day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for step-by-step guidance and truly personalized support. It’s incredibly rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated.
