Found VR Pros online looking for a Pet Friendly condo. When I called, Rep was very helpful. When we arrived, Quinn was sweet and helpful at check in. Our Condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfy, and pet friendly. Nice pools, clean grounds and plenty of doggie bags available thru out the complex. Our only issue, was the road noise on the Main Road, but that was a minor issue. We are booked in the same Condo for next year! Guess we liked it enough! At check out, again, Quinn was very nice and helped us check out easily.

I had a great time relaxing and enjoying the view! Well as much as you can relax with 3 teenage girls! Would love to come again sometime!

We have rented from Vacation Rental Pros for the last 4 years and will do so again next January. They have a well laid out contract, so that everyone knows where everything stands. If a maintenance problem arises, they are quick to repair. Dealing with VRP is a smooth transaction.

Condo 343 at Cinnamon Beach was wonderful. It is spacious and modern. It is a concrete structure which gives it a solid feel and I did not have any sound issues. The deck has an equally solid feel. The parking underneath and the elevator were added bonuses. It is ocean view which means you can see the ocean across a golf course. Surprisingly, the view of the ocean is a lot better than depicted in the pictures. Both of the pools are very nice. The adult pool is on the beach and has a building with a balcony overlooking it as well as an elevator. The other pool is for everyone but I noticed the children were having a wonderful time in the area with slides. There are servers at both pools. My son enjoyed the work-out facility which is a must have for so many vacationers. I enjoyed walking on the cinnamon beach as well as around the condos and houses. I know that you could not rent a hotel suite to match these accommodations for more than two times the price I payed to rent this condo. I felt that I could actually live there.

Recently booked our place in Sedona for February, 2017 and found these folks very helpful. We contacted them in March and although the place is unable for booking before a year out, they sent us an agreement and helped us assure our spot and promised to call in April when everything would be confirmed and our deposit put into place. And they did! And it was! So far, this has been a great way to book. Will let you know next year about our experience with this agency.

We had a great stay, place was great. Only slip up was when we arrived the cleaning hadn't been done. One quick call and they were there with a crew and the place was cleaned in a couple of hours, a small over site. She explained there was a mix up in cleaning crews. No big deal, we loved the rental and had an amazing week or it would have been 5 out of 5.
