Chronology of a luxury defect: 25 July 2026 – Defective Out of the Box: My premium Valerion Plus2 projector arrived. Upon unboxing and turning it on, I discovered a major factory Quality Assurance flaw—a massive fingerprint permanently baked directly inside the internal lens element. 31 July 2026 – Tracked Warehouse Return: Support agent Ray arranged a UK warehouse return via DPD. I packed the unit flawlessly, and official tracking confirmed it was successfully delivered directly to their fulfillment door. 12 August 2026 (3:57 AM) – Written Admission: Ray sent an email explicitly confirming: "We have just verified the returned Plus2 projector with the warehouse." He admitted the hardware was safely in their possession and stated they were "approving" the refund. 12 August 2026 (7:39 AM) – Coordinated Deception: Just hours after Ray's admission, his colleague Shayla sent a conflicting email attempting to manipulate me into dropping my open PayPal consumer protection claim, falsely claiming active claims freeze funds for months. 12 August 2026 (8:42 AM) – Case Fully Locked: I immediately uploaded their contradictory emails directly into the PayPal Resolution Centre, completely blocking their final attempt to hijack the refund timeline. Summary: While the projector hardware has beautiful potential, the factory quality control is subpar, and the post-sale support desk is entirely untrustworthy. They coordinate deceptive excuses to hold onto buyer funds. Keep your payment disputes open if you deal with them. Order #VUK1071.

Avoid the mistake I made - research the projector online before purchasing. After purchasing my Valerion Visionmaster Pro 2 - I started noticing dust gathering in side the lens area (an area that isn't suppose to gather dust). I then decided to look online and found a ridiculous amount of people online also complaining about the same issue. There is so much dust within there - that it affects the image quality (ALOT!). I wish I had done my research beforehand and known about this issue.. I contact customer service to find out how to fix this or for any advice - and I was just meet with finger pointing and overall rudeness. I got the impression that their inbox is flooded with people complaining about this same issue - so they've just resorted in trying to ignore the issue and hope people just give up. But these projectors are expensive and you expect a professional product at the price they're selling them for. In hindsight - I wish I'd stuck with a known brand, other than this temu level projector. The build quality is very, very cheap. Do your research before purchasing.. don't make the same mistake I did.. Just avoid!

AVOID this company. -- They've been very clever. Come up with a good product, send it to a handful of people and then everyone else trusts what they see and hand over their money. Now if you look across the internet you will see that thousands of people are being told that their projector is in their country, in the warehouse ready to ship - and then it never shows up. -- They got people to pay an extra £150 delivery, on top the £50 they already paid, to have the projector delivered in December - and it's now the end of January and they still haven't received them. Rather than supply tracking numbers for the £200 delivery they've paid for the communications from the company are unsurprisingly none at all. I suspect they are still using sea shipping and just charging the £200 for air shipping as a way of getting yet more money out of people. -- The product is undoubtedly real in terms of the few people who have had them - but theres a reason thousands of people haven't had them and are getting ZERO communication from the company. Unless the company are going to start sending out honest communications then people need to not hand over money to this company. -- AVOID.
