I really hate the fact customers get so much for shipping. The product itself is expensive and the shipping adds a serious extra charge .

it was pretty easy to schedule my appointment and the nurse was very patient to all my questions and explained everything very well. She listened to all my concerns and was not rushing me. the ease to communicate and ask any following questions through the text message was really helpful too. the shipping arrives with an ice pack and instructions and all needed syringes and alcohol pads. I am giving 4 stars because I found it a bit complicated to order my medicine as I could not find prescription in my online dashboard and because of occasional delays in fulfillment.

I was skeptical of the service at first. When I received the product, I was even more skeptical as I didn't understand the script. The consultation and ordering was very user friendly and quick. However after I received the medication and had questions there is no one to speak to. Its difficult to go back and forth via text when the person on the other end doesn’t understand the question. I never really got my questions answered. Poor customer service.
