I have loved working with health care providers. My most recent prescription refill seemed to come from a different source and was poorly packed with no refrigeration, even coolness, by the time I received the medication. Prior to this, delivery was in great condition and still cold.

Order #57755 placed on September 4, 2023, total was $1,229.82 for 4 items. I have not received my second bottle of Lipo C, 10ml. I was shipped one bottle but have yet to see the second. Ive reached out to Customer Service 7 times and no response. I have requested a refund or the product delivered. No response.

The website could use a good FAQ section. For example, make it clear which NP consultation is needed for which service, use the same wording. And shipping… it says my order is “completed”. Does that mean it has shipped? Is there tracking? And how about a video showing how to give yourself a shot. I could have used a little more hand holding.
