I put a order in June 10th and it is now the 27th and I have text twice to get a reason why my order has not come in yet. All I get is they will send you a confirmation when ready, the phone number leads to a not available voicemail. I have been out of my medication for 2 weeks now because they said two months supply wich was not true. I pay alot of money for this and I at least expect to get my meds in 10 days. I am not asking for overnight. Do not order from them!!

The customer service was very prompt to answer any questions. The phone consultation called on time and answered all questions. The medication arrived on time and was packaged very well in an iced bag. The medication was still cool when it arrived. It has been a couple weeks since starting Semaglutide, and it is already working.
