I have had no response from my paid consultation and no response so I can order products. Not happy at all is an understatement

Hi James, we will send you a refund. We have been trying to contact you, but you selected the prompt to block all communications from us when you texted "stop". We cannot do anything on our end to unblock this, it requires that you opt back in to communications.

I absolutely love the team here! They are amazing always answering questions, responding immediately if I need to reach out to my Dr and my Dr is quick to give them answers for me! I'm on week 4 of semiglutide down 10lbs and am so beyond thankful for them!!

Texting with Sabrina in customer service was met with a quick reply, she also called to answer my questions. My initial consultation was the next day, which was also easy and quick (I already had my blood work labs and submitted them with my intake-forms.) I'm thankfully happy to have gone with Valhalla Vitality versus other telemedicine providers, they are legit.

I have found every single person I have had contact with, at Valhalla, to be above and beyond with their customer service. I can text my questions and I get timely and informed replies. I have never been put off or left a convo feeling confused or wanting. I am so thankful I found Valhalla by chance through a google search of a particular need. I also am 3 hrs. behind NY but still feel connected to Valhalla.

My provider was an hour and 15 minutes late and did not notify me of a delay until I reached out to customer service. Then customer service tried to imply my paperwork wasn't completed which "could have" caused a delay after already admitting the provider was running behind. Also my paperwork was completed earlier that morning so the issue was clearly not on my end. No offer to provide a fair resolution for the inconvenience so I requested a refund.

Sometimes after-hours customer service does not know what could have caused the issue, so they will ask questions to try to troubleshoot. There was no blame, they were following the protocol we have set. We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to give one if we believe you would do better at another clinic.

My pharmacy order was placed with South Lake Pharmacy through Valhalla Vitality on Feb 18,2023. I spoke with South Lake last Tuesday 2/21/23, to check on the status. They said it would be 8-10 business days. I checked today Mar 1,2023 and they said it looks like it MAY ship out next Tuesday. I think it would be best practices of Valhalla Vitality to advise their customers of this varying time frames, as It stands now, I MAY get my prescription 3 weeks from the time I ordered it and my payment was processed.

We simply do not know how to better get this message across. We include two signatures on the intake expressing that the pharmacies have extended processing times, two times on each check out, plus two emails and a text message. That means that despite expressing this point SEVEN times, with signatures and check boxes, we still cannot prevent people from blaming us for THE PHARMACIES extended processing time. Literally a one star review right here blaming a doctors office for a negative experience with a pharmacy. Please try a new clinic if you're not happy, but I can 100% guarantee you that they use the same pharmacies as us. *Potential Clients* Please know that we are here for you during the entire process, and always seeking new pharmacies that have better pricing and faster processing times. However, we are not Amazon, nor are we gods (despite being Valhalla), the pharmacies simply take the time they do to process your order. It is not up to us. WE PROCESS ALL OF OUR CLIENTS INQUIRIES WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY and you can hold us to it.

So far my experience has been good. I was a little skeptical at first but proceeded anyway based on reviews. I have had my consultation, with which I was pleased and now I’m waiting on my medication. The only change I would make is better communication. I would like to know where I stand in the process of getting my medication from the pharmacy. I feel like I’m just hanging out in a waiting game.
