Valhalla has been amazing. I was able to speak with a doctor within a day. She was knowledge and friendly and an ally to what I was needing. I feel really lucky to have found this service. Better yet I'm down almost 10 lbs in two months. It really works. If you stick to the blueprint you're given right away it helps you lose weight without questioning everything you do. I would recommend for anyone!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I received my medication completely broken, and despite contacting customer service immediately, after more than a week there has been no solution or follow-up. For a product as sensitive and essential as medication, I expected a prompt replacement or at least clear communication. Unfortunately, this lack of support has left me very dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this service at the moment.
