The medication works wonderfully. I did find it hard to get to talk to someone when I was confused on the dosing amounts.

I had my first consultation and agreed that I would start on a GLP-1. I asked my doctor about the vial sizes and what would best suit my needs. I ordered the 75mg. The doctor had told me that starting at 2.5 mg and moving up to 5 mg that this vial would last about 3 months. Then at that time I would meet with her again. When I received the vial, which was almost $600, I noticed it was less than a third of the way full. I immediately reached out to let them know that I had received the wrong amount. I am not new to GLP-1's I can recognize that this amount of medication was not the 75mg. The customer service brushed me off and told me no that I absolutely did receive the right amount. Even though I didn't fully trust that, fine. Now, here I am 5 weeks later (4 weeks at 2.5mg or 10 units and one week at 5mg or 20 units) and I am out of my medication. Speaking with the representative they just keep confirming the amount that I am taking. I have given them the amounts repeatedly. Even sent photos when they asked me to send photos of the amounts on the syringe of what I was taking. Customer Service told me that I should have received 300 units with my order of 75 mg. Which I explained that I clearly have not. Since I have only used about 60 units. The only thing that they keep saying is that I need to meet with a provider to further clarify dosage. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DOSAGE! I have a problem with the customer service rep telling me that I should have received 300 units and I out after only 60 units. I demanded that I either get the missing medication or reimbursed for the medication that I received. They responded back that they have scheduled me with a provider to further clarify usage. I am so frustrated that I am being brushed off and not listened too. At this time I would absolutely NOT recommend using them.

This is my second review. I had some trouble in my ordering this last time,how ever once again Rosanna Paknoush was extremely helpful in getting my order. She is always on top of things and I so appreciate when she answers my questions by phone. She is great! Thanks again! I love the products and I have lost 40lbs! Trizepatide was delivered as promised. Was surprised to see it come in one vile instead of three, as previously delivered. Not sure i wasn't short changed on quantity.

A 75 mg vial still contains 75 mg of medication versus 25mg x 3.
