I have tried a competitor but Valhalla Vitality is the easiest most seamless of the two. They have an easy website and great communication.

Good communication. Let me know my medication will no longer be available thru them in the near future which resulted in me being informed and decided to place an order.

Their service used to be good, but they have gone completely downhill. Their customer support is awful. They keep sending my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cannot send to my state, and getting this resolved is always a nightmare. I used to receive my orders within a week of ordering. Couple of months ago they sent me glutathione at room temp, despite the pharmacist telling me you cannot do that. I placed 2 orders over a month ago that to this date I have still not received. It's a nightmare to get through to customer service and they just keep giving you the runaround. I'm going to be finding a new telehealth company because this one is just not it.
