So far the staff has been very professional and nice. They have done exactly what they told me they would. They are keeping in touch with me to make sure I have no problems or if I have any questions. They overcharged me and as soon as I let them know they refunded my money within 2 days. I will let you know more when I get my meds.

Always awesome customer service, so easy to work with! They text you about order issues, and you can text them right back – they actually answer. The staff and doctors are great, explain things clearly. Highly recommend!

I ordered on 12/27/24, they took my money and held it for a week before canceling my order and saying they no longer offered what I purchased. Instead of immediately refunding my money, they stated they would give me a refund in points. I had to do a chargeback to get my refund, and they discharged me from care right after. This company is very shady! Do not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations and could not respond when you contacted us outside of business hours. If we had heard from you during our regular hours, we would have been happy to address your concerns and assist you. We regret that you feel we’re shady, especially considering your nearly year-long relationship with us. We truly value the time you spent with our practice, and we wish you the very best on your wellness journey.
