You can tell they have no control on the product they sell and ship. They cancel orders giving some lame excuse. Then when you place it again, the medicine comes from another pharmacy, then one day before shipping they cancel again. It's a scam, they use your money to shop around for medicine. Save yourself a headache and there are much more serious companies out there.

I had a great consult with their NP Rosanna Paknoush 5 weeks ago; I placed an order for 2 vials of Terzepatide and have only received 1. I’ve reached out and was told it was in process, however multiple times subsequently were again by email and their “text us” and NO RESPONSE. I’m planning to file a dispute with my bank tomorrow if I don’t hear back, oh and my card had fraudulent activity which now reading reviews doesn’t seem like a coincidence.

I ordered a product from them but I did not feel confident in their ability to deliver due to unstable market at the time. I requested a refund and was told it was processed and sent to my bank on the 11th. My bank has received nothing at this point and all attempts to contact Valhalla about this are met with crappy AI text messages that have no clue what is going on. there is also no phone number to call!!! It would be great if they had a human option to talk to someone because I’m starting to feel like I got scammed!!
