I didnt read anywhere that a fee would be taken out for using PayPal. I would have used any form of payment if I could have gotten the full amount disclosed to me.

Hello! Nothing in this world is “free” unfortunately. We appreciate your business and feedback, however, we did not charge you a fee.. that was PayPal which means that is a PayPal issue, not a Value CGM issue!

Sent my first package to them they received it early this morning I haven't received payment yet and I see a lot of people say they get payment very quickly I will give five stars if I do end up getting paid today I see a lot of people say they get paid within an hour after the packaged got delivered UPDATE: they've had the package for 48 hours now and still no payment to my PayPal. I know all the products were in excellent condition and more then a year from experation. I really had high hopes for this company.

You didn't inform me that I would pay a fee for using PayPal. It isn't a large amount but I should have been informed. There are other way to pay someone on PayPal and not have them pay any fees... like using friends and family. Cash App also doesn't charge any fees to the recipient... but you said you weren't going to be using it much longer....

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. PayPal is one of the MANY payment methods available. Nothing in today's world is free. EVERY platform charges fees. This seems like a review that should have been left for PayPal and not Value CGM.

This customer totally incorrect. Order was received 3/3/2026 and was paid 3/3/2026. Customer sent in the incorrect product than what was submitted at checkout. I immediately reached out to the customer and explained the situation in which the customer at the time understood. I am not sure why this review is the outcome, but it is a totally false representation of our company and business practices.
