Hi, Sorry for the caused inconvenience. Value Hosted is a customer-centric web hosting company and shall remain that way. Referring to your feedback, we have timely responded to your support tickets. The issue lies within your domain. Your domain is on hold due to non-compliance with ICANN policies. Furthermore, your registered email address is also not verified. As per ICANN policies, on July 24, 2021, we had sent an email to you, containing a link, to your email address asking you to click the verification link. To date, this email address has not been verified. We had sent several email verification reminders but you didn’t bother to complete the process. All that said, we are still ready to help you out. We are sorry about not meeting your expectation. While all our hosting plan comes with cPanel, hosting which is provided free of cost for students are an exception and it comes with CWP panel. If you would like to upgrade to a hosting plan which comes with cPanel, please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to upgrade you.
