DO NOT BUY !!! There are no instructions with this order. I have no idea how to mix this , how much to use. I purchased 3 bottles. How am I supposed to know how much water is needed for each? Absolutely zero instructions. So this order is not useful.

The orders arrived quickly, the coa is on line and easy to access. I had a small issue with my first order and customer service resolved it quickly. Rest of the orders haven't had any issues.

Shipping and products have been great so far. My last shipment came packaged good with the vials in a actual holder where as the one before they was threw in plastic wrap. My only complaint with your company is why don't you offer reconstitution water at a good rate so I don't have to buy elsewhere.
