I received in the time frame I was told

all of my peptides came in a plastic bag non protected. in the past they came in the hard plastic carts. shows lake of care and poor representation of professionalism. looks like someone just threw them in a bag and noot thinking what could happen during shipment. makes me think how trustworthy is this company.

My order was delayed more than 5 days due to UPS delivery mishandling. I sent in a request for a replacement order and it was sent out the next day! Arrived in 2 days! Love the prompt response and customer service is amazing! T
