We all love great furniture. The kind that catches your eye in catalogs, and makes million-dollar listings look the part. The thing is when it comes to getting your hands on this kind of furniture – the kind everyone loves to live with – you realize your local shop doesn’t stock it, it’s way overpriced, and takes 3 months to arrive. We started Valyōu to turn this all around. How? By making furniture that’s as inspired as it is cost-effective. We take cues from the latest trends and leading designers, partner with the most premium brands, and hire the most skilled furniture makers. The result? Quality furniture at really fair prices. It doesn’t sound too crazy from where we’re sitting.

Amazing from all aspects. The feathers couch is comfortable right out of the box. Highly recommend if you’re debating whether or not to make the purchase.

This company is a SCAM! Their description of the couch I ordered was a lie. I ordered the couch but the delivery date kept changing. When the couch finally arrived it looked nothing like the one displayed on the website. They claimed that they made changes to the couch around the time I ordered but failed to mention it. I did not like the couch when it arrived so I sent it back to get a refund. It’s been over a year and I still have not received my refund. They give me the run around, they promise they’ll send a check in the mail, they don’t give out dates, they won’t refund my card. They don’t call, text or email back. Speaking to managers and tagging owners of this so called business is a waste. They should not be allowed to be in business. SCAM!

Re writing my review and it was not a threat I’m doing my job as a customer who spent 2000 dollars and is not happy so it’s my right to write reviews as it’s your right if you were in my shoes. Now since it was flagged the couch make noise everyone you sit on it and it is uncomfortable It’s a scam cheaply made stay away save you and your family 2000 They sat they are trying to help by giving me a return and charging me 100’s of dollars for shipping I consider this couch cheaply made and the company does not do customers service by not letting them know the couch makes noise every time you sit on it and you move around on it

DON NOT ORDER FROM VALYOU! This company has the worst customer service and will keep your money but will take FOREVER to deliver your product. Unless you are picking it up yourself and can verify that it is in stock, I would stay VERY far away!

We regret that there has been a delay in your order, Christopher. Orders on the waiting list do carry a higher risk of delay as we await stock to arrive in our warehouse. According to our records, despite the delays, we shipped your orders as soon as we had them available and at no additional charge to you. Your pending item is currently with the carrier. They attempted delivery on June 14th, but it was unsuccessful for reasons we're still investigating. We are working with the carrier to get the details and ensure re-delivery at no extra cost to you. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience. We hope this platform can also be used to provide constructive criticism and help improve our services for the benefit of all our customers.

I ordered a recliner in March and it said May 1st delivery. Then they said June 1st, now they are saying “when you placed the order it said August 1st, which is a straight lie. I also bought their Feathers couch last year, very crappy couch. Less than a year later and it already needs to be replaced. Don’t shop here

We are sorry to hear that the Feathers Sectional did not meet your expectations, Alan. This feedback is surprising, as we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality furniture that has garnered a community of loyal customers. We have not received any prior communication from you regarding issues with your furniture, but we are here to assist you further if needed. Regarding your recliner, when the order was placed in March, the item was on a waiting list with an estimated delivery date of May 1st. Unfortunately, there has been an unexpected delay beyond our control. We always strive to provide clear and understandable policies to help our customers make informed decisions, including giving you the option to decide based on your needs in such situations. According to our records, our team has reached out to you regarding your request to cancel the order. Kindly respond to them so we can assist you further.
