Grammer errors, outdated material, pdf's don't open and videos are either too long or simply don't play, which leads to not being able to answer questions correctly and having to research information to pass the test. "All of the above" answer in multiple choice was hardly at the bottom of the selection. "1 and 2" was the 2nd choice, which made the question impossible to answer. HORRIBLE for the money and time spent on a REQUIRED class!! I will never recommend this to anyone!

74 Ways to Sell a Home was an exceptional course providing information that even seasoned agents can benefit from. I enjoyed the instructor's teaching style and appreciate the truly useful information present throughout it.

I was taking my final exam and was on question 23, went to submit for the next question and the screen "timed out." I had about 93 mins left. I had to start the exam all over which was very frustrating. Also, the amount of reading material for a 6 hr. course was more like a 10 hr course.

The audio's minimum time limit is unnecessary and an insult to the honesty and integrity of everyone who takes this course.
