Really good service from Vantrue, along with a great mini dash cam. I was sent the wrong mount by mistake, and they were kind enough to send me the one I wanted for free. Very happy.

Just received it and checked everything—looks good, no damage, and the quality matches the description. Shipping time was reasonable. Customer service was responsive and helped quickly when I had questions. Overall satisfied, would purchase again.

Excellent dash cam, easy to install! Worth the price for all the top notch features it offers. Will buy again for another car I own.

We had an issue with our nexus 5 4channel dashcam system where the screen stopped functioning and went through troubleshooting with the support team and could not get it working at all. The support team came to the conclusion the unit needed replacing as it was a hardware issue. Unfortunately our product was JUST outside the warranty period, HOWEVER, after some further talks with the customer support team and how long the issue had been present for, they decided to provide us with a replacement and we so greatly appreciate this and the excellent customer service on this occasion. Thanks Vantrue for standing by your product. We received our replacement in a couple of days and new one is working perfectly. These things can happen and sometimes a company can restore your faith in these situations by providing exceptional customer service to keep their customers happy and this is what Vantrue has done for us. Thanks again

I purchased a N2X Vantrue a few months ago and have been impressed with the video quality and ease of use. I have connected it to my computer and it’s very easy to find videos. Recently I tried to get a different mount from the Vantrue site. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model and received a very helpful response from customer support. I would recommend using their products going forward based on this!
