Perfect dashcams. Not even noticable when installed. Even the quality for this camera size is incredible

I love my upgrade for a single dashcam to a 4 channel so I can keep eye on my daughter who have behavior disorder. But only request or what I would really love is a little bigger screen but not by much. But it worth the $300+ vs my $50.00 cheap dashcam with crystal clean video.

1. No customer SERVICE. 2. Phone and dash cam doesn't connect at times. 3. Website SLOW! I will give you good ratings on clear screen at night. Very good.

Bought this dash camera because I bought the same make and model 3.5 years ago. Original camera worked fine for 3 years. Original camera began to constantly restart about 3 years in so its no longer functional despite much trouble shooting including reformatting the SD card. I bought the exact same camera so I wouldn't have to rerun the wires in the car. New camera wont work on original wires so now need to rerun wires anyway. No time or effort has been saved with buying the same model again and will likely break in 3 more years. I'll probably try a different manufacturer next time given I'm rerunning wire regardless

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. We did make an upgrade to the N4 previously, so there may be two different versions of the rear cable. The charging cable and car charger are compatible with both versions. If both of your N4 cameras are the same version, it’s possible that your old N4 isn’t actually broken and there may just be an issue with the cable or mount. Our customer support team has already reached out to help you troubleshoot this issue. Please check your email for their message.
